Purpose:

Service Technician needed for a reputable independent dealer in Portage, MI to service a client base throughout Southwest Michigan. The candidate will be required to service a full product line of Kyocera copiers and printers. Training/certifications will be provided. Networking ability for this position is preferred as well as a high level of customer service skills. Compensation will be commensurate from experience.
Purpose:
- Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components.
- Maintains customers’ operations by maintaining equipment performance.
- Provides a high level of customer service and technical support.
Duties:
- Plans office equipment service work by studying complaints and requests; planning, routing, and confirming service appointments.
- Maintains customer rapport by greeting customers upon arrival at the location; understanding equipment complaints.
- Ensure service work is not disturbing the daily activities of the organization.
